Probate

I also handle all types of probate matters in every county of New Jersey. Probate can be a time consuming and frustrating process but, because I am familiar with the local courts, customs and practice of the probate judges, I can efficiently move an estate through its administration. My emphasis has always been to try to settle probate cases so as to avoid lengthy and costly litigation. However, if the case needs to be tried, then I have the experience to follow through with the case. My mantra is that probate cases should be settled if possible.
